Description
H200 PU foam is a structural polyurethane foam with a rigid structure. After curing, a very hard foam with a closed cell structure and a skin density of 200 kg/m³ is obtained. CFC-free floating agent. Resistant to chemicals and acids.
For filling gaps or hollow shapes. Wood can be imitated with H 200 when poured into a silicone mould for example. Also used in orthopaedics to make shoe lasts. For the manufacture of handles. Due to its closed cell structure, it is suitable for prolonged contact with water. Can be painted, glued, filled, nailed and screwed. Can be coloured with 5% PUR pigment. Caution: does not give a homogeneous colour. Colourless-yellow 260 mPas approx. 1.09 gr/cm³ 6 months in closed packaging liquid 20 0 kg/m³
Technical information
Mix the two components in a ratio of 100/100 by weight and pour into the shape or area to be filled. Pot life is approximately 65 seconds. Expansion is about 5 x volume. Dries after 15 min. Deformable after 20 min. and fully cured after 12 h. Allow for a processing temperature of 20°C to 25°C. Store the foam between 10 and 25°C. Mixing is best done with a mechanical mixer. As a release agent we recommend APW.
Security
Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid long-term skin contact. Caution: packaging may be under pressure.
