These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) apply to all orders placed on the www.finres-sa.com<\/strong> website ,<\/strong> owned by :<\/p>

  1. Scope of application<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    The GCS apply to all sales of products concluded via the site between Finres SA and any consumer (natural person acting for non-professional purposes).<\/p>

    All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

    1. Products<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      The products offered are those shown on the www.finres-sa.com<\/strong> website on the day the order is placed. The photographs, texts and technical data sheets are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value. <\/p>

      1. Price<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT<\/strong> for Belgium.<\/p>

        Delivery costs are specified when the order is validated.<\/p>

        Finres SA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time the order is validated.<\/p>

        1. Control<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          The customer selects the products he wishes to buy and validates his basket. A summary is shown before payment. <\/p>

          The order is not final until full payment has been received.<\/p>

          Finres SA reserves the right to refuse an order, particularly in the event of a previous dispute, unavailability or suspected fraud.<\/p>

          1. Payment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            Payment is made via the secure means offered on the site:<\/p>

            Credit card, Bancontact, PayPal<\/strong> (subject to availability).<\/p>

            Any order not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>

            1. Delivery<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              Delivery is made to the address given by the customer when the order is placed.<\/p>

              Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.<\/p>

              • Average lead times<\/strong>: 2 to 5 working days in Belgium.<\/li>
              • In the event of delay or loss of the parcel, Finres SA undertakes to seek a solution as soon as possible.<\/li>
              • Finres is not responsible for packages that have disappeared after delivery to the address indicated on the order (proof of delivery must be provided).<\/li>
              • In the event of a dispute, only files submitted by e-mail with supporting photos will be processed. The customer also certifies, on his honor, that his complaint is justified. <\/li><\/ul>

                The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, unless the customer is a consumer (in this case, Finres SA remains responsible until delivery).<\/p>

                1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  In accordance with Belgian law, the consumer has 14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal without justification.<\/p>

                  The return must be notified by email to info@finres-sa.com.<\/strong> Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, at the customer’s expense. <\/p>

                  Refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receipt of return.<\/p>

                  Exceptions<\/strong>:<\/p>

                  The right of withdrawal does not apply to :<\/p>

                  • opened, used or damaged<\/li>
                  • made to customer specifications<\/li>
                  • susceptible to rapid deterioration (e.g. perishable resins)<\/li><\/ul>
                    1. Warranty & conformity<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years).<\/p>

                      In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may request repair, replacement or reimbursement.<\/p>

                      All complaints must be reported within 2 months<\/strong> of discovery of the defect.<\/p>

                      1. Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        Finres SA shall not be held liable for any indirect damage arising from the use of the site or the products sold.<\/p>

                        It is the customer’s responsibility to check the compatibility of the products with their intended use.<\/p>

                        Technical data sheets and advice are no substitute for supervised professional use.<\/p>

                        1. Personal data<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          The data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD)<\/strong>.<\/p>

                          Customers can access, correct or delete their data by contacting info@finres-sa.com.<\/strong><\/p>

                          No data is sold to third parties.<\/p>

                          1. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                            All elements of the site (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Finres SA.<\/p>

                            Any reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without prior written authorization.<\/p>

                            1. Disputes and applicable law<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                              These GTC are governed by Belgian law.<\/p>

                              All disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nivelles<\/strong>, unless mandatory rules to the contrary apply.<\/p>
