Use a stirring stick or spatula to blend the powder into the liquid until you obtain a homogeneous, lump-free consistency. The use of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finres-sa.com\/en\/product\/mixer-jesmonite\/\">Jesmonite blender<\/a> ensures better results.  <\/span><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"> <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Step 2: Adding the Glassroxxes<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #233c76;\"><strong>Incorporate Glassroxx :<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Add the desired quantity of Glassroxx to the Jesmonite mixture. The quantity depends on the desired aesthetic effect. Mix well to distribute the Glassroxx evenly in the mixture.  <\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Step 3: Pouring the mixture<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #233c76;\"><strong>Pour into the mould:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Pour the Jesmonite-Glassroxx mixture slowly and evenly into the silicone mold.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #233c76;\"><strong>Eliminate Air Bubbles:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Gently move the mold to allow air bubbles to rise to the surface and burst. You can also lightly tap the sides of the mold. Don&#8217;t hesitate to pour the mixture in several batches to distribute the material between each pour.  <\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Step 4: Demolding and finishing<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #233c76;\"><strong>Dry and unmould:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Allow the mixture to harden for the time recommended by the manufacturer (generally between 30 minutes and 2 hours).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Once dry, carefully unmold the piece.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong style=\"color: #233c76;\">Sanding :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Lightly dampen the workpiece to facilitate sanding.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Use sandpaper or an abrasive sponge to sand the surface and reveal the Glassroxx. Work gently to avoid damaging the part. Sanding is done in two stages: the first time with a more abrasive paper\/sponge, followed by a second time with a softer material (e.g. P60 or P80 to reveal the material and P150 or P180 to homogenize the surface).  <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">sand until the surface is smooth and uniform, highlighting the brilliance of Glassroxx.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><strong style=\"color: #233c76;\">Finishes :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #233c76;\">Protect with a varnish if you wish to seal your piece.
