\nAn injection of Chockfast\u00ae Orange to protect the rotation system.<\/p>\n

We see every project as a challenge, a new opportunity to help our customers find the perfect shimming and sealing solution. Here’s a collaboration that’s been brilliantly realized!<\/p>\n

The challenge<\/h3>\n

Reduced and variable thicknesses, and specifications requiring a resin resistant to high compressive loads and wear. On the other hand, the formwork had to be installed and finalized before its final dimensions were known.<\/p>\n

The Finres SA proposal<\/h3>\n

Chockfast \u00ae Orange was suggested to Demako as the ideal product for this type of application. To achieve this, Finres has designed an adaptive formwork system that allows the product to be injected independently of the final thickness.<\/p>\n

The realization<\/h3>\n

The adaptive formwork was installed on the support plate of the rotating system prior to the installation of the bridge deck. The customer was then able to place the bridge in its final position in relation to the rotating system. Finres SA then injected an impressive quantity of orange Chockfast\u00ae between the bridge and its supporting carrousel. All these specific tasks were carried out in complete safety while working at a height of 4m.<\/p>\n
