Expanding Polyurethane Foam – Professional PU Foam for Molding, Filling, and Insulation

Rigid polyurethane foam designed for precise, fast, and perfectly controlled filling.
From :  48,38 TVA Incl.

Description

PUR FOAMS are hard, two-component, closed-cell foams, CFC-free.

Designed for structural applications, our polyurethane foams offer controlled expansion and remarkable dimensional stability.

Their high-performance formulation produces a uniform density, ideal for creating solid, lightweight, and perfectly defined volumes.

Polyurethane foams offer excellent adhesion to many substrates and are quick and easy to apply.

The final rigidity ensures reliable mechanical strength, making it a high-performance material for cores, reinforcements, and prototypes.

Stable and versatile, they meet the requirements of molding workshops, prototyping, and technical applications needing structural foam.

Under normal conditions, the cured foam resists gasoline, diesel, aliphatic hydrocarbons, diluted acids and alkalis, water, seawater, and soil.

Application Guidelines & Implementation Instructions

1. Preparation

Stir components A and B thoroughly before use.

2. Temperature

Maintain components A and B at a temperature of at least 18°C.

3. Mixing

Weigh component A, then add the exact amount of pre-weighed component B.

Mix immediately using a spatula or mixer.

Effective mixing is essential to ensure a uniform reaction, stable density, and controlled expansion.
