1010C-1014C/1016C epoxy resin is a next-generation ECO solution, developed to meet the current demands of building professionals, the marine industry, the composite sector, and demanding technical applications.
Its advanced, solvent-free, and BPA-free formulation reduces emissions and improves safety while maintaining excellent mechanical and chemical performance.
This water-dilutable system offers excellent flow, crystal-clear transparency, and superior abrasion resistance. Easy to use thanks to its 1:1 mixing ratio, it can be highly diluted to suit every application need. This allows for optimized workability, material impregnation, and film consistency, especially on porous substrates or complex surfaces.
Thus, 1010C-1014C can be used as a high-quality primer for wood preparation in shipbuilding, construction, and woodwork restoration, or as a hardener for old wood damaged by time.
Thanks to its versatility, 1010C-1014C/1016C epoxy resin protects and enhances a wide range of substrates: solid wood or derivatives, raw or polished concrete, natural stone, metal, glass, terracotta, or composite supports. It is particularly suitable for renovation projects where multi-substrate compatibility and dimensional stability are essential, in both domestic and industrial environments.
Once cured, the resin no longer releases any volatile substances and shows no migration, ensuring perfect compatibility for indoor use. This chemical stability, combined with good resistance to moisture and common agents, provides real confidence when putting treated surfaces into service, even in high-traffic areas.
Ideal for impregnation, protection, and finishing applications, 1010C-1014C/1016C epoxy ensures a comfortable working time for progressive curing. The result is consistent and shrink-free, guaranteeing high-end, durable finishes that meet both technical and aesthetic requirements.

Ideal temperature: 18 to 25 °C
Humidity < 70%
The warmer the environment, the faster it will cure.
Do not use 1016 hardener for the first coat.
1010 Resin + 1014 Hardener: 100 A / 100 B
1010 Resin + 1016 Hardener: 100 A / 150 B
This mixing ratio must be followed to ensure mechanical and chemical performance. Mix by hand or using a mechanical stirrer.
1 part 1010 resin + 1 part 1014 hardener + 1 part water
Apply by roller or brush, ideal for substrate preparation. 1010-1014 will remain white if applied too thickly; it is not a casting resin.
Gloss: 1 part resin + 1 part 1014 hardener + 1 part water
Matte: 2 parts resin + 3 parts 1016 hardener + 2 parts water
Mix 10 to 20% of the 1010-1014 system with sand or other mineral fillers.
To smooth, dampen the tool; clean with water before curing.
Mixing ratio (volume/weight): 1:1
Density at 23 °C: 1.1 g/cm³
Color: white, becomes transparent as it dries
Theoretical coverage: 100–150 g/m²
Touch dry time (25 °C): 45 min
Recoatable: after 6 h
Full cure: 24 to 48 h
Compatibility: wood, concrete, cement, metal, glass, stone, terracotta
Whether you work with epoxy resin for fun, for embedding, laminating, or other specific tasks, personal protective equipment is essential.
Regardless of your experience, even with a high-quality resin, it is essential to wear nitrile gloves, a mask equipped with ABEK1 filters, and to avoid skin contact, especially when using solvent-based systems or during the mixing phase.
This protective equipment allows you to work safely, whether in the workshop or with products available from our online store.
