H200 PU foam is a structural polyurethane foam with a rigid structure. After curing, the result is a very hard foam with a closed cell structure and a skin density of 200 kg/m³. CFC-free floating agent. Resistant to chemicals and acids.

To fill spaces or hollow forms. Wood can be imitated with H 200 when poured into a silicone mold, for example. Also used in orthopedics to make shoe lasts. For the manufacture of handles. Thanks to its closed cell structure, it is suitable for prolonged contact with water. Can be painted, glued, filled, nailed and screwed. Can be colored with 5% PUR pigment. Caution: does not give a homogeneous color. Mix the two components in a ratio of 100/100 by weight and pour into the shape or area to be filled.

Pot life is approximately 65 seconds.

Expansion is about 5 x volume.

Drying after 15 min.

Deformable after 20 min. and fully cured after 12 h.

Allow a processing temperature of 20°C to 25°C.

Store between 10 and 25°C.

Mixing is preferably done with a mechanical mixer.

As a release agent, we recommend APW.

Security

Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid long-term skin contact. Warning: packaging may be under pressure.
