Fast-setting polyurethane casting resin
Description
Axson F160 is a fast-casting, unfilled polyurethane resin used for negatives, molds, masters and models using unfilled or mineral-filled RZ 30150 to avoid exothermic reaction and for easy machining.
F160 resin is also used for thermoforming masters using the RZ 209/6 aluminum powder-filled product to increase thermal conductivity.
This system enables it to retain its shape even in thin sections. It remains fluid long enough to facilitate the filling of even small cavities. This resin is also much easier to paint than many other fast-casting resins.
