Axson F160 fast-curing polyurethane casting resin is the benchmark for professionals seeking speed and high fluidity for precise, durable, and easily machinable castings.
Ultra-versatile and easy to use, it is suitable for casting and rotomolding figurines, models, scale models, and prototypes, as well as for the production of technical parts, sculptures, decorative objects, and industrial components.
Its low viscosity ensures smooth and homogeneous filling of the most complex molds, with the possibility of casting up to 40 mm thick when filled.
For specific applications, it can be reinforced with aluminum powder to improve thermal conductivity, or with a mineral filler to limit exotherm and obtain a stable and durable material.
Easy to mix, cast, and demold, Axson F160 offers a smooth, paint-ready surface for a professional finish with every use.
