The mixing ratio for G Super is 4 kg of powder to 1 L of water.
Measure the exact amount of water and plaster, then pour the powder into the water. Let it soak, then stir carefully for about 1 minute, ensuring no air bubbles are created.
For larger volumes, use mechanical assistance.
After checking the mold’s watertightness, pour the fluid mixture in a thin stream into the center of the form until the surface is completely covered.
As soon as the formwork surface is covered with a bubble-free layer, the rest of the mixture can be poured more quickly.
Approx. 20 min. After casting, the relief or model can be removed from the mould.
Place the freshly demolded piece on wooden supports.
After the piece has fully hardened (+/- 8:00), the surface can be treated as desired.
