Twill fabrics have superior drapability to taffeta fabrics. They can be used to laminate parts with complex shapes. The quality of these fabrics facilitates fiber draping and impregnation, making them highly appreciated in the world of composites for applications such as wet processing, infusion and RTM.

Also used for reinforcing wooden boats, while maintaining the appearance of wood (transparency).
